Hitz 103.7 was launched on March 3rd 1997 at the advent of the liberalization of radio in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and was the first FM Station to go to air. Hitz 103.7, through its two frequencies, 103.7MHz & 91.5 MHz, effectively covers the island chain, while reaching communities in St. Lucia, Martinique, Grenada and Barbados. Hitz 103.7 essentially targets the 15 - 35 age group, and do enjoy a significant listener ship in those who consider themselves young at heart.
